Creating a playlist for Rise Collaborative’s Feature Friday is something we were very excited to take part in. Buffalo Place Inc. is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the economic health and quality of life in Downtown Buffalo. Our passion to make Buffalo better for those that live, work and play Downtown extends to our Downtown Country Market. By providing greater access to fresh fruits, vegetables and homemade products, we know we are making Downtown better.
As individuals working our first year at the Market this means great weather (usually), great vendors, and even better people watching! Being able to watch Main Street wake up around the Market is amazing to see. People are excited to come out and buy our fresh fruits, vegetables, flowers, and homemade products. It shows us how much life Buffalo has and gives us the passion to continue contributing. The music we’ve chosen reflects our love for Buffalo, the variety of people we see at the Market (including our vendors), and our excitement that the Country Market has kicked off its 33rd season!
The Downtown Country Market is located along Main Street, between Court and Church Streets. It runs both Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8am-2:30pm.
