“Power with, not power over.”
Matt Urban Hope Center’s latest initiative is stepping outside the box. AMP Ink is one of Buffalo’s newest t-shirt design companies with a mission that sets the enterprise apart. Individuals who work for AMP INK design, produce, and sell one-of-a-kind T-shirts in order to learn soft job skills and transition to full or part-time work outside of our print shop. These individuals are either currently or previously experiencing homelessness.
The goal of AMP Ink is to train those who are deemed “hardest to serve” in productive work that has the potential to instill creativity and purpose. Key staff members and participants have a shared control over program planning, initiating collaboration.
When purchasing a product from the organization, know that 100% of your purchase goes to supporting someone on the road to self-sufficiency.

We’re proud to partner with Matt Urban Hope Center and Buffalo Distilling for The Giving Tree Happy Hour, tomorrow night – December 22 from 4-8pm at Buffalo Distilling. All are welcome and encouraged to bring cold weather items that we will be donating to Matt Urban’s Code Blue efforts this winter.
