“In this space, we wanted to cultivate a place where everyone could come together and feel safe and accepted and not feel any pressure to be anything more than exactly who they are,” – Kate
“We have more of a traditional, alignment-based practice. We spice it up a little bit with our personalities. It’s fun! It can get silly. We move a lot. It’s challenging, but not over the top. We don’t have crazy acrobatic poses. It’s really a combination of a serious, rooted in tradition yoga practice combined with fun and excitement, and honestly, ya never know what you’re going to walk into in our space!” – Kathleen
