Last week, US District Court Judge William Skretny found that the Tonawanda Coke Corporation is guilty of criminal probation violations. The 101-year-old coke producer had a higher opacity of emissions, creating a threat to public health. Sentencing is this Friday at 9AM- a historic moment for our community.
