No Boundaries is produced by Rise Collaborative – a Buffalo lifestyle brand promoting small businesses and non-profits via social media and public events. We believe that a true renaissance in our region will incorporate every community and every neighborhood. These stories are meant to spark conversation about an inclusive way forward and the choices that citizens and business owners can make to determine that path. No Boundaries Issue Two is in collaboration with The Lt. Col. Matt Urban Human Services Center Of WNY, a multi-purpose community organization located on the East Side of Buffalo. Its mission is to provide programs that enhance quality of life, preserve neighborhoods and encourage economic development. The Hope Services Department includes Hope House, an emergency shelter for women and children; Hope Gardens & Housing First, permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless men and women; and the Hope Center, a community drop in center with the Urban Diner, food pantry, clothing closet, and homeless outreach program.
