2 more weeks

Until the release party for No Boundaries Issue 2! We’re going to let you sneak peak the paper, drink some beers, do some dancing, AND there will be some live performances!
Party is at Wrafterbuilt’s newest location! It’s April 21, 6-9PM at 69 Elmwood (Happy Friday).

Until that day, follow along to No Boundaries social media for previews of the stories the newspaper will be featuring, continuing our coverage of social and economic justice issues in Buffalo and around the region, mixed with some fun articles on hip hop, tacos, social media and more! (NB FB, NB IG, NB TW)

Topics like this:

Buffalo Metro Population 1950: 1.1M
Buffalo Metro Population 2017: 1.1M
Except now, we live on 3X the amount of land that we did in 1950. This isn’t about the city vs suburbs, it’s about our fruitless practice of pitting every town and city in the region against one another, and crushing us all with the giant tax burden necessary to pay for that development’s infrastructure and maintain it forever.
No Boundaries Issue 2 will explore the concentrated poverty our systemic subsidization of endless sprawl caused in the city of Buffalo, and how that poverty has now spread into suburbs like Tonawanda, Amherst, Cheektowaga and West Seneca while Lancaster, Clarence and Orchard Park continue to build new homes on farm land.
